Totem is 100% remote, with a team spanning Australia, America, Europe and Asia. Our diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and time zones is one of our biggest strengths. It means we approach problems differently, and build media that speaks to more people.
Remote doesn’t mean disconnected. We stay close through async tools, regular team rituals, and in-person catchups when we can - like co-working days, wellbeing sessions, and casual meetups. Wherever we are, we make space to connect.
Our workday runs on Byron Bay time, but we offer flexibility so you can work in a way that suits your life. Onboarding is fully virtual and hands-on, so you’ll feel supported and plugged in from day one.
