This is a structured, educational experience - not a job. The internships are unpaid and designed to benefit the intern first and foremost. We follow the Fair Work Ombudsman’s guidelines to ensure our programs are compliant and focused on your professional development.

From day one, our interns shadow editors, channel managers, and strategists working across YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok. You’ll sit in on real meetings, get familiar with professional tools, and see firsthand how social-first content is created and scaled.
This is hands-on learning, not busywork.
You’ll build core skills - like editing workflows, content optimisation, platform analytics, and audience development - by assisting on training exercises, simulations, and supervised tasks that mirror real-world projects with leading entertainment brands.
